OUR RANGE OF AVAILABLE END SUCTION CLOSE-COUPLED SINGLE STAGE PUMPS

A Grundfos end-suction close-coupled single-stage pump works by converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy using centrifugal force. The impeller, which is driven by a motor, rotates and creates a low-pressure zone that draws liquid in from the suction side. As the liquid is forced outward, its velocity increases. This increase in velocity is then converted into pressure as the liquid flows into the volute casing.
