Goods Return Authorisation

All-Pumps is a manufacturer and distributor of many types of pumps—our standard warranty is 12 months. Sometimes, custom builds for specific applications cannot be returned, and sometimes, special equipment that isn’t generally stocked will have a restocking fee or will not be able to be returned. However, we will seek to help you out as much as possible.

If it’s a warranty, please put in the pump fault and the invoice number so we can trace any issues back to the source. Sometimes, our warranty assessment has to be sent back to the manufacturer for them to establish if it is a warranty or not.
