Problem
The customer needed a 15,000-litre sewage pump station with dual sewage pumps and dry valve pit. The pump station had to be delivered to a mine camp site, in central Queensland within 8 days, from the date of order.
Solution
All Pumps was able to offer a KWIKFLO sewage pump station, comprising of:
- one 15,000-litre AQUAFLO polyethene underground storage tank,
- dual 80mm non-clogging ABS XFP 80C 3.0 kw pumps,
- stainless steel guide rails & lifting chains,
- and a separate dry valve chamber.
A TYPICAL AQUAFLO SETUP:
All Pumps had the 15,000-litre AQUAFLO storage tank & control dual pump control panel in stock. Using the Aquaflo tank also meant the contractor could lift the pump station into place using the excavator on site, which had also been used to dig the hole, without the need of hiring a crane.
ABS PUMP PRODUCT LINE:
The pump station complete with pumps, Class D access covers, and pump controller was despatched seven (7) days after the plumber ordered the pump station, being delivered to site the following afternoon by our contractor.
