ANDRITZ High-Pressure Pumps are engineered for reliable performance across demanding municipal and industrial applications. Designed for maximum flexibility, the range includes both horizontal and vertical configurations to support efficient plant and system design requirements.
Featuring robust bearing assemblies and axial heat expansion design, these pumps are built to deliver long-term operational stability under high-pressure conditions. A wide selection of material and sealing options allows optimal adaptation to different process media, while customised hydraulic systems for each pump size ensure operation at the best efficiency point.
ANDRITZ high-pressure pumps are commonly used in applications such as water supply, irrigation, circulation systems, boiler feed and drainage, delivering dependable performance, efficiency and durability across a wide range of industries.

ANDRITZ HP Series high-pressure pumps are multi-stage ring section pumps designed with robust construction and extra-large shaft sections to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation. For applications requiring high output pressures, axial thrust is effectively balanced using a balancing piston and cartridge seal mounted on the pump shaft.
With durable construction and adaptable configurations, the ANDRITZ HP series delivers dependable high-pressure performance across a variety of industrial and municipal operations. For more information about the HP series range, please contact the team directly.
Engineered for reliability and efficiency, the HP series is suitable for handling clean or slightly contaminated non-corrosive liquids with viscosities of up to 150 mm²/s (cSt). For demanding suction conditions where low NPSH is available, the pumps can be equipped with an axial inlet design to reduce cavitation and improve flow entry into the first-stage impeller.
The shaft sealing system can be configured with either a mechanical seal or gland packing, depending on application requirements. Across all models, the shaft is fully protected against wear and corrosion along its entire length through the use of shaft wear sleeves, particularly in the seal area, ensuring long service life and reliable performance.
Each pump frame is available with at least two impeller types matched with corresponding diffusers, enabling operation within the optimum efficiency range for the required duty conditions. This ensures reliable performance and efficient energy use across varying operating demands.
