Technical Specifications

Principle of Operation

Blackmer Twin Screw Pumps are rotary, positive displacement pumps composed of two sets of opposed screws. These two counter-rotating screw rotors are engineered to rotate towards each other. This action traps the fluid between the screws of their rotors. As the screws turn, this trapped volume decreases, compressing the fluid and moving it towards the exhaust.
