Their design offers a constant smooth flow and complete axial balancing of the rotating elements while eliminating all metal-to-metal contact within the pump. They can handle virtually any non-homogeneous fluid, regardless of viscosity, abrasiveness, or lubricity.

The Twin Screw S Series is available in 3 distinct lines – WTG (with timing gear), NTG (non-timing gear), Multi-phase – and 2 design configurations – single or double suction.

OUR RANGE OF AVAILABLE MAAG S Series — Twin Screw Pumps

The MAAG Twin Screw Pumps function on the principle of positive displacement. A set of two spindles inside a closed compartment helps pull the liquid from the suction side of the pump as they rotate in opposite directions. A small gap is maintained between the casing inside the compartment and the rotating spindles. The spindles are fitted with timing gears at their ends. Besides these, a motor is used to start these pumps. The spindles pull the liquid towards the centre while maintaining a perfect hydraulic balance. In this way, the fluid efficiently passes towards the discharge end of the pumps.
