MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORMS: PUMP REPAIR REQUEST FORM | PICKUP REQUEST FORM
When it comes to face dewatering, tunnel dewatering, or any demanding on-site application, the SiltMaster Series from Orca delivers powerful performance you can count on. Engineered for the harsh realities of quarries, recycling plants, and ready-mix concrete sites, these submersible pumps are built to handle dirty water, abrasive slurry, and wash plant feed with ease.
With a range of sizes to suit various needs, SiltMaster pumps offer impressive flow rates and head performance—without compromising on durability or efficiency.

Orca’s SludgeMaster Series are heavy-duty submersible slurry and sludge pumps. Made from resilient cast iron and high chrome materials, with the addition of an agitator to assist in the smooth suction of thick sludges. When the matter is thicker than water and will not flow easily, these are the best pumps for your application.
The side-flow, top discharge design allows air flow to the motor aiding in cooling during continuous wear and supports use in confined or limited spaces. Suitable for transferring or draining bentonite slurry used for slurry drilling, draining slurry mixed water in civil engineering or foundation works.

The High-Head Series from Orca are heavy-duty pumps suited for aggressive fluid handling and long-lasting durability. Designed for deep-well pre- dewatering or high-head dewatering, civil engineering and construction works, mines, quarries, coal ore and slurries, sewerage treatment plants this range is trusted for their quality and reliability in providing superior performance and reduced downtime.
Pump body is made of rugged cast-iron for long-term wear life and has a greatly increased maximum submersion depth due to the high-pressure resistance of the mechanical seal. The top discharge allows for use in limited spaces. Hermetically sealed motor with built-in thermal protection and seal pressure relief ports to prevent pumping pressure from transferring to the shaft seal.

The XtraHighHead Series of submersible pumps feature a robust design with both the motor and pump body constructed from hard cast iron, providing exceptional durability and long-term reliability even in demanding environments.
Thanks to a high-pressure-resistant mechanical seal, the pump can operate effectively at greater depths. Only the bottom part of the pump needs to be submerged, while the motor stays cool using the water being pumped. The top discharge configuration makes it suitable for installations with limited space.
For added safety and durability, the motor is fully sealed and equipped with built-in thermal protection to prevent overheating. Seal pressure relief ports protect the shaft seal from direct exposure to pumping pressure, thus extending the service life of the unit.
