Principle of Operation

Dosing or metering Pumps consistently and accurately deliver sets of volume into a process. They are usually positive displacement types - in the case of this series, a diaphragm pump - to ensure that accurate volumes are dosed regardless of the pressure of the line they are injecting into. Metering pumps can be controlled in various ways, from the speed of rotation to stroke length within a solenoid metering design or via relay or timer – for this series, a solenoid.
