VHP API 610 Vertical Turbine Pump

Floway® VHP vertical close-coupled pumps are designed to meet the latest API 610 standard. Available in both single and multistage configurations, they feature a fabricated discharge head, a top-mounted motor, and options for wet pit (VS1) or closed suction (VS6) designs. Engineered for oil and gas applications, Floway® VHP pumps are renowned for their exceptional quality, minimal vibration, low maintenance requirements, and specialised design.

  • Throttle bearing provides shaft support and allows higher operating pressures
  • Multi-vane bowl diffuser equalises radial hydraulic forces, reduces rotor loading and provides exceptional sleeve bearing life
  • Designed to withstand higher pressures with premium efficiencies and low operating costs
  • The “O” ring joints eliminate leaking for higher-pressure applications
  • Multi-staging in the medium specific speed range from 1,300 Ns through 5,000 Ns
  • Pressure and flow variations are achieved simply by changing number of stages or impeller type

The Floway® VSB (Vertical Submersible Pump) is a vertical close-coupled, single or multistage submersible motor pump designed for extremely deep well and booster systems. It is also ideal for installations with limited or no floor space, as well as applications where booster pumps must be placed directly in the pipeline, minimising excavation requirements.

VTSP Vertical Turbine Solids Pump

The Floway® VTSP (Vertical Turbine Solids Pump) is a vertical close-coupled turbine pump available in both single-stage and multistage configurations. It features a cast or fabricated discharge head, a top-mounted motor, and can be configured as either a closed suction pump or a wet pit solids handling pump. Built from durable materials and equipped with a patented bearing design, the VTSP pump delivers an extended service life—up to four times longer than a standard vertical turbine solids pump.
