Trillium Gabbioneta Pumps® VD & VLD VS2 & VS7 Type API 610 Pump

Gabbioneta VD and VLD comprises API 610-compliant, vertical multistage, volute type, heavy-duty process pumps. The series is also available in double-casing or wet pit configuration. The double suction, first stage impeller of the VD and VLD pumps are designed to meet low NPSH requirements, while the closed type impeller with front and rear wear rings and balancing holes are for minimizing the axial thrust.

There are labyrinths and deflectors at both bearing housing covers, maximising protection against dirt and pump shaft. Additional rigid coupling – to facilitate mechanical seal maintenance activities – and axial thrust tilting pad bearings are available for this series to meet ultra-high thrust operating conditions.
