The Chop-Flow pump is a reliable, cost-efficient way to chop and pump at the same time. Using an impeller with an ultra-sharp blade face and stationary cutter bar – both hardened to RC60 – this chopper pump can break down oversized solids, fibres, and other hard-to-pump materials several hundred times per minute. Chop-Flow pumps are manufactured side by side with the renowned WEMCO® pumps and designed by the same engineers – making these chopper pumps as reliable as any WEMCO® pump.

They are made using abrasion and corrosion-resistant materials and heavy-duty casting – making them highly durable and fit for extreme fluid handling applications in the wastewater, pulp and paper, food processing, and meat and poultry processing industries. With a common footprint to other chopper pumps, the Chop-Flow will bolt up to your existing piping and coupling.

TRILLIUM CHOP-FLOW PUMPS PUMP RANGE

The WSP™ Chop-Flow pump uses a rotating impeller and stationary cutter plate to break down large solids, fibres, and other hard-to-pump materials that usually cause clogging in regular centrifugal pumps. As the pump sucks in water with solids, its rugged impeller chops the foreign materials several hundred times per minute against its stationary cutter plate before it proceeds with its normal pumping operation.
