MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORMS: PUMP REPAIR REQUEST FORM | PICKUP REQUEST FORM
Flowserve’s Durco Mark 3 Pump centrifugal pumps are highly regarded as an industry workhorse for their reliability in transferring chemicals. These sealed pumps incorporate advanced technologies responsible for their outstanding hydraulic performance and minimised total cost of ownership.
The Mark 3 ASME pumps are fully compliant with ASME (ANSI) B73.1 design criteria, CE marked, and conform to applicable directives such as ATEX.

With only three different power frames and five SealSentry seal chamber options, the 30 pumps in the Durco Mark 3 family offer a high degree of parts interchangeability. Pumps delivered worldwide are manufactured in ISO 9001 certified Flowserve facilities.
ANSI 3A power end designed to improve reliability, maintenance and performance. It conforms with the ASME B73.1 standard and is so advanced it carries a lifetime warranty.
With the largest shaft and bearing components available for ASME (ANSI) standard pumps, the Durco Mark 3 shaft and bearings system improves pump performance and reliability.
Durco SealSentry seal chambers extend seal life, improve pump reliability, and reduce the total cost of pump ownership.
Industrial Chemical Pumps
Fluid enters the impeller through the “eye” and is “centrifuged” (hence the name) to the impeller periphery, with assistance from the impeller vanes.
As the impeller rotates, it imparts kinetic energy onto the liquid surrounding it due to friction. The liquid moves towards the outer periphery of the impeller; its kinetic energy is then changed to pressure. The impeller has vanes separated by channels through which the liquid flows. Each channel has an increasing flow path area. As the flow path area expands, the liquid’s velocity decreases and the pressure increases.
Due to the unique shape of the volute casing, the liquid undergoes a further velocity decrease and pressure increase. The liquid is then discharged through the discharge port.

Engineered to ASME (ANSI) B73.1 standards, the Durco Mark 3 Lo-Flo delivers superior reliability in low-flow, high-head applications. Featuring Flowserve’s patented radial vane impeller and concentric casing, it minimises radial loads and shaft vibration—extending bearing and seal life.

No mechanical seal required. Durco Mark 3 Sealmatic pump’s dynamic sealing repeller expels fluid from the seal chamber, making it ideal for tough sealing applications—without external flush or contamination risk. ASME (ANSI) B73.1 compliant.

The Durco Mark 3 Unitised self-priming pump primes without external pressure and is designed to lift liquids from below ground. Installed at ground level, it offers easier, more cost-effective installation and maintenance than submersible pumps.

Combining ANSI-standard design with vortex flow, the Durco Mark 3 Recessed Impeller Pump easily handles solids and fibrous slurries. Thick-wall wet-end components extend pump and seal life.
