Industrial Chemical Pumps
In Durco Mark 3 ISO centrifugal pumps, fluid enters the impeller through the “eye” and is “centrifuged” (hence the name) to the impeller periphery. As the impeller rotates, it imparts kinetic energy onto the fluid. The impeller vanes have channels with an increasing flow path area. As the flow path area expands, the passing fluid’s velocity decreases and the pressure increases. The fluid then falls to the volute. Due to the unique shape of the volute casing, the fluid undergoes a further velocity decrease and pressure increase. This causes the liquid to be discharged through the discharge port.
Designed for Demanding Applications
High-pressure components, a generous corrosion allowance and a wide range of materials of construction are just some of the features and options that ensure Durco Mark 3 ISO pumps perform reliably under demanding conditions.
Mechanically Sealed Models
Durco Mark 3 ISO mechanically sealed pumps are the standard bearer for ISO chemical process pumps. They are recognized worldwide for their ability to tackle the most demanding applications with exceptional performance, efficiency and reliability.
Sealless Magnetic Drive Models
Durco Mark 3 ISO MAG sealless magnetic drive pumps provide dependable, leak-free performance in all types of applications. They are particularly well-suited for applications involving toxic, explosive and valuable liquids.
