The Wemco® Torque-Flow® is the toughest grit-handling vortex pump in the market. It features a fully recessed, cup-type impeller that efficiently handles pipe-size solids without clogging. The pump impeller is made extra thick for increased durability and economy. The two-piece pump casing comes with a sacrificial suction piece, allowing quick and easy replacement of wearing parts. The wet-end parts of Torque-Flow® are all constructed using Hi-Crome material, allowing greater hardness and endurance.

2-Step Wear Mechanism

Only the impeller needs to be replaced when it wears off totally, as the casing is designed to absorb the wear of multiple impellers without being replaced.

WEMCO® TORQUE-FLOW® MODEL EL

Best for sewage treatment and tight spaces with large solids clearance

Torque-Flow® Model EL is a light-duty pump for lower capacities and heads. It has a single-piece casing, is foot-mounted and is either belt-driven or directly connected. Bearings are grease-lubricated, and the impeller is threaded to the shaft. Face and drilled flanges are provided.
