The Wemco® Torque-Flow® is the toughest grit-handling vortex pump in the market. It features a fully recessed, cup-type impeller that efficiently handles pipe-size solids without clogging. The pump impeller is made extra thick for increased durability and economy. The two-piece pump casing comes with a sacrificial suction piece, allowing quick and easy replacement of wearing parts. The wet-end parts of Torque-Flow® are all constructed using Hi-Crome material, allowing greater hardness and endurance.

The Torque-Flow® Model CE pump outstands its competitors with its solid construction and highest hydraulic efficiency. It has a unique impeller that’s designed to work as a whole new impeller with like-new hydraulic performance when it wears out – ensuring your system maintains efficiency.

  • Wear is directed by the impeller rim against the thick-sectioned suction area that is strengthened by 20-50% over competitive designs

  • Only the impeller needs to be replaced when it wears off totally, as the casing is designed to absorb the wear of multiple impellers without being replaced.

Torque-Flow® Model E is a non-clogging vortex-type pump, available in horizontal, vertical-open shaft, vertical-close coupled and vertical-pedestal mount configurations.

Torque-Flow® Model EL is a light-duty pump for lower capacities and heads. It has a single-piece casing, is foot-mounted and is either belt-driven or directly connected. Bearings are grease-lubricated, and the impeller is threaded to the shaft. Face and drilled flanges are provided.
