Custom Dewatering Pump Sets Project for Ash Treatment

A large energy company required two large turnkey dewatering pumps as part of an upgrade to their ash treatment process.

All-Pumps designed and delivered two custom drag skids with large-capacity, diesel-powered dewatering pumps. Each pump set was custom-built with a remote control, providing superior duty.

Our team customised two Global Pump High Head dewatering pump sets, giving the client a reliable solution for their ash treatment process. These completely automatic priming pumps can carry sediment to distant disposal locations by pumping dense slurries across great distances up to 228 metres.

We designed and manufactured the skids and canopies for stability and protection, built-in tanks for longer operating time, and the suction and discharge pipes to achieve optimum efficiency.

We specifically picked a John Deere Diesel Engine to power the pump sets for day-to-day reliability. We equipped each assembly with a KENSHO K37 CONTROLLER to keep the pump and engine aligned with the customer’s dewatering needs.
