QUANTM PROJECT: EODD Pump Replaces Problematic AODD Pump

Client: Chemical Manufacturing
January 21, 2025

The Problem

A client experiencing manual control, noise, and stalling issues in their traditional air-operated double diaphragm pump needed a replacement pump for their resin and polymer mixing application. They also required a new pump with IECEx certification to ensure safety in hazardous areas.

The Solution

All-Pumps recommended the Graco QUANTM i120 2" Polypropylene / PTFE pump, enabling remote PLC control, eliminating compressor noise, and meeting safety standards with its conductive construction.
