A building supplies manufacturer needed a complete pump solution that could handle its extremely high-pressure application. They wanted a pump that could deliver 300 bar of pressure and generate 50-60 litres per minute of flow onto the piping.
Solution
After a thorough review of their system, All-Pumps recommended an Interpump high-pressure plunger pump coupled to a large WEG motor and assembled on a custom baseplate.

In this project, we selected an Interpump triplex plunger pump equipped with a 400-bar unloader valve to meet the client's 300-bar pressure requirement. We then coupled this with a renowned WEG W22 motor, known for its unwavering reliability, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
