We primarily use centrifugal pumps in our fire pump solutions due to their high flow rate capability.  

We also recommend gear pumps for high-pressure applications in:

Foam concentrate systems: Rotary gear pumps are used to handle foam concentrate in high-pressure and high-hazard applications. 

Fire trucks: Gear pumps are used in fire trucks for high-flow rate applications. 

Deluge systems: Gear pumps are used in deluge systems for high-flow rate applications.
