Problem
A brick plant was struggling to maximise the efficiency in removing the air from the raw material process. They had various vacuum pumps of different sizes and they were looking to refurb a few older ones that they had in the back shed to make all standardized across the site.
Solution
All Pumps collected various pumps back from the site, some in good and some in bad condition. The pumps were all stripped and assessed and the two best pumps were refurbished with parts from all of the pumps. These pumps came with a full refurbishment warranty and have been operating well for a few months.
