THE APPLICATION
The customer is currently using Lobe pumps for this application. They require a pulsation free product movement for flow meter accuracy.
THE SOLUTION
Wangen Twin Screw pumps are a pulsation free pump. They are also able to handle both product and SIP/CIP without it effecting the pumps performance or maintainability. These pumps are supplied with a flushed SIC/SIC mechanical seal capable of handling the sugar glaze material without constant failures.
